Thank you for using PrimeCalculator.pro. We strive to provide the best math, finance, and utility tools for our users. Because our Advance and Pro plans offer immediate access to premium digital features, including an ad-free experience and OCR text extraction, our refund and cancellation policies are outlined below.
Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any of our paid plans.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Advance or Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
Access After Cancellation: You will continue to have full access to your premium features until the end of your current paid billing period (either the end of the month or the end of the year).
How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription directly from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Payments for Monthly Plans are strictly non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
If you cancel a monthly plan, you will retain access to the premium tools until the current 30-day billing cycle concludes.
3. Yearly Subscriptions
We want you to be confident in your long-term commitment. For our Yearly Plans, we offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for first-time purchases.
If you are not satisfied with your annual subscription, you may request a full refund within the first seven (7) days of your initial purchase.
Renewals: Automatic renewal charges for yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. We recommend canceling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
4. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades: If you upgrade from a Monthly to a Yearly plan, the new billing cycle will begin immediately, and a prorated amount of your unused monthly time will be applied to the new charge.
Downgrades: If you choose to downgrade from Pro to Advance, or from a paid plan to the Basic (Free) plan, the downgrade will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades.
5. Billing Errors and Exceptions
If you believe you have been billed in error due to a technical glitch, duplicate processing, or unauthorized use, please contact us immediately. Verified billing errors will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for a refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
6. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
